Mr. Nandasiri Wanninayake is a young person who is living difficult village called Mahavilachchiya. It is the boundary of Vilpaththu sanctuary in Anuradhapura district. He decided to teach English to the students in the village by giving up his teaching career. Later he introduced a computer to the villagers, through the computer, he taught to the villagers English and the IT. He did this moments task in a temperaly building or under a tree.

He who expanded his job day by day received an institute of computer to the village and developed teaching process through out of the area. By now there are internet facilities every nook and corner in the village. This project is sponsored by the Dialog GSM co-operation and this is called as Mesh house.

By now the literacy of computing of their village is 90% specially students in the village in their educational activities through the internet and e mail.

The presidential secretarint at and SEMP project of the department of education decided to decided to start programmes in five villages of five provinces as models; as soon as they received the above news of Mahavilachchiya.
